The Madhouse takes the other half of His Excellencies, "Emperor" Talon, from the birthplace of Napoleon himself, Ajaccio. The Fight Pit takes another PPW alumnus, Torti Gal, the mysterious (and silly) masked Turtle-Woman from the shores of Seychelles, who the kids really liked.
The Madhouse then selects the fourth-generation star and proud Quebecois, "Socialite" Seraphina Dubois. And then the Fight Pit selects Haitian sensation, Danys Vités, a masked man who runs so fast he sets the very air around him on fire!
The second half diverged, seeing the Madhouse taking Luisa Festa, who kisses her tag partner and boyfriend, Marcelo Sousa, goodbye before leaving him in the waiting area. The Fight Pit takes the rough and tumble Honey Badger.
In a surprising turn of events, the Madhouse's next pick was the social media superstar duo of Chakir and Chelem Jabbar, the twin faces of JabbarTV. The Fight Pit's response was seismic. Johnny Cyclone, an Alabama-born former D1 association football player, rising indie wrestling star, and the grandson of the legendary Oga Ajasco.
DS: Darryl, what the hell is Campbell thinking?
SDS: I can't even begin to imagine, Diogo. I suspect that, like with Jessie Moore for Shabani, the decision came from over his head.
Cyclone, a young, handsome black man with free-form dreads, clad in a suit and standing at 6'7", easily comes out onto the stage. He smiles with big, white teeth and firmly shakes his GM's hand before taking his Fight Pit t-shirt and holding it up proudly to the crowd. A small segment chants "CYCLONE!" and points them out, thanking them.
DS: Do you think he knows? The Cyclone kid, I mean.
SDS: I hope so, partner. I really hope so.
