Psycho Extras - Movie Magic

In the heart of Sambuca City, in the Vodka region of the Volmun Isles, Paul Grizzly, the Holder of Dominion, steps out of Constantine Medical, still holding the phone. Except... this is not Constantine Medical, nor is he in Sambuca City. It is the neighbouring Sambuca Town, and the building he just stepped out of is an incomplete model of the real thing.

PSW Fight Pit Episode 4 - Contingency

An O.R.D.R.L.I. feed appears on the two big screens, showing Vito Montani, Jeffrey Campbell and Palesa Jeyi. The former is pacing.

Campbell: Vito, calm down, mate.

Montani (grabs Campbell's shirt): CALM DOWN?!

Campbell: Grizzly's not a bloody idiot; he's just chancing his arm. He's bluffing!

Cyrus Reed returns to gorilla with a phone in hand. Grizzly lets go of Campbell and snatches it.

Montani (dialling and putting the phone on speaker): Tony! Tony, I need ya to get Cody and his mom-

Grizzly (voice): Tony can't come to the phone right now.

PSW Fight Pit Episode 4 - Cornered

David Bekker: Ladies and gentlemen, representing the Streetwise Krew, please welcome... VITO MOOOONTANIII!!!

The Newark native, shirtless and shredded, strolls down the ramp.

SDS: What's that in his hands?

DS: Hopefully, a written apology, a letter of resignation AND a statement of guilt.

Montani enters the ring and gestures for Bekker to hand over his microphone. The announcer obeys and scrambles out of the ring as quickly as his pudgy form allows.

Montani: MANILA!

The crowd pops and the name drop.

Montani: How ya doin'?

PSW Fight Pit Episode 4 - Cop

The Wallace's theme continues blasting through the speaker as they step through the curtain into gorilla. They are greeted by the loud, one-man applause of the General Manager, Jeffery Campbell. A PA shows up with water bottles and towels.

Campbell (holds up hands): Gents... thank you! From the bloody bottom of me heart, thanks a heap! After all the flamin' crap I've put up with tonight, it was a ripper to have some good, clean WRESTLIN'!

Axel (wiping his face): Well, about as clean as you could get with the witch lady and her golems around.

PSW Fight Pit Episode 4 - The Battalion Bros vs Team Wallace

SDS: From Tecton to Tag Teams, here's David Bekker!

David Bekker: The following is a No. 1 contender's Tag Team Match, and it is scheduled for one fall! The winner of the match will challenge for the titles in next week's End of January Special!

The crowd pops.

Pyro shoots up from the stage, screeching loudly before falling back down and exploding, followed by a grungy rock track playing. Two men draped in camo walk out. A well-built Caucasian with a bandana and a ginger beard, and a shorter, leaner, brown-skinned luchador with a camo mask and blonde mohawk.

They walk down together, slapping hands with fans on either side.

David Bekker: Introducing first, at a combined weight of 196 kilos, Major Mallory, El Soldado, the Battalion Bros!

DS: This is ridiculous, Darryl! These two fools got beat by Tom and Dick on episode 1! Why do they get a title shot?

SDS: Well, as it turns out, this was meant to be a Triple Threat Tag Team Match. However, Tom, Dick & Harry got destroyed when they went looking for a fight with the Madness on Monday, so they were taken out.

DS: That's not fair!

SDS: Maybe they should have gotten their priorities straight. Besides, Mallory and Soldado got the bounce-back win last week against the Wild Thornes. They've earned this opportunity.

PSW Fight Pit Episode 4 - Seth and Kraken Khan vs Dennis Zázrak (c)

SDS: Ladies and gentlemen, if you're just joining us, Johnny Cyclone was just viciously attacked in the parking bay by Kruscher, who powerslammed Cyclone through the sunroof of a parked car.

DS: It was sick!

SDS: Cyclone has been loaded into an ambulance and taken to a local hospital. We are currently awaiting an update on his condition.

DS: Hopefully some sense was knocked into him.

SDS: I'm about to knock some into you.

David Bekker: The following contest is a Handicap Match scheduled for one fall, and it is for the Psycho Style Wrestling Tectonic Championship!

The crowd pops.

DS: I forgot about this paródia grotesca!

PSW Fight Pit Episode 4 - The Honey Badger vs Kala Kahuna II

A virtuosic guitar accompanied by heavy rock riffs plays to a pop. The two big screens show a honey badger going about its day: burrowing, climbing, looking cute, biting the balls of lions. The man himself briskly walks out, looking small and rabid.

David Bekker: The following contest is scheduled for one fall! On the way to the ring, from Hoedspruit, Limpopo, South Africa, standing 168 centimetres and weighing in at 104 kilos, THEEEEEEE HONEY BADGEERRRRRR!

SDS: The last time we saw this man, he was sent flying like a boomerang by the World Dominion Champion, Paul Grizzly.

DS: Yeah, after he got pinned by Kahuna in the tag team match and then went crazy, squeezing his balls.

SDS: "Went" crazy?

DS: ... I see your point.

PSW Fight Pit Episode 4 - Crash Course

The cameraman follows Katrina Petrov into the arena's parking bay. There she finds the towering form of Johnny Cyclone, clad in his aqua-green singlet, pacing with his white-gloved hands on his hips, seemingly talking to the air.

Petrov: Johnny...? Do you perhaps have a moment?

The young African-American looks up at the ceiling, "One second, Lord," and turns to the interviewer.

Cyclone: How's it going, Katrina?

PSW Fight Pit Episode 4 - Mudir vs Mystery Opponent

A modern remix of Cello Suite No.1 in G major, BWV 1007 by Johann Sebastian Bach is heard on the speakers. The crowd is utterly confused as the Yemeni man walks out in his boxing-style robe, no glasses or book to be found in his hands. Only a microphone.

DS: Here he comes. The Plan himself!

SDS: I am not calling him that.

Mudir: Good evening, Manila!

The crowd pops.

PSW Fight Pit Episode 4 - Male-Dominated Spaces

Another O.R.D.R.L.I. feed begins to load on the two big screens. Before the video even starts, sounds are heard. The sounds of screams and grunts, of fists and feet.

SDS: Now, what's happening?

DS (listening and frowning): Wait, doesn't that sound like-?

And then the feed appears. The crowd screams in shock.

SDS: Its- It's Raquel Santana!

DS: What?

SDS: Raquel Santana is assaulting Kevin Kambole!

PSW Fight Pit Episode 4 - Rami Arslan vs Raquel Santana

An intense, echoing snare drum roll, followed by a dark, tribal-sounding beat, is heard throughout the arena.

SDS: Here comes something of a grudge match in its own right.

DS: Huh?

SDS: Don't you remember?

Out walks a lean Lebanese man with a buzz cut, trimmed beard and black trunks with foot wraps instead of boots.

David Bekker: The following contest is a No Holds Barred match-up scheduled for one fall! Introducing first from Beirut, Lebanon, standing 180 centimetres and weighing in at 100 Kilos, RAMI AAARSLAAAN!!

DS: Remind me again, why we're having a No-Holds Barred match. Who did this guy piss off?

SDS: You seriously don't recall what happened during the Triple Threat Thunderweight Match last week?

DS: Cara, put on a replay! "You seriously don't recall-" There were like 50 matches last week!

SDS: Sorry, I guess asking a commentator to remember matches was too big of a task. Alright then, let's have a look.

PSW Fight Pit Episode 4 - Booking Ain't Easy

SDS: While the search for He Who Wields Thunder continues and we await an update on the Danys Vités' condition, we're going to give you all a rundown of some of the exciting match-ups you can expect.

DS: Beleza!

PSW Fight Pit Episode 4 - O For Two

An O.R.D.R.L.I feed captures the gorilla position following Heladas' attack and escape.

GM Jeffrey Campbell: He disappeared?!

Producer Palesa Jeyi: They've got flashlights and cameras under the ring. Take a look; he's gone.

Campbell (leaning over her shoulder): Bloody, black magic bastard. I swear on me life, Shabani's gonna-

His phone rings. He pulls it out and laughs.

Campbell: Speak of the Devil, eh? (*beep*)

PSW Fight Pit Episode 4 - Marcelo Sousa vs Danys Vités

A drone camera flies in around the cavernous bowl, above the 5-tier grandstand filled with blue seats and 15,000 screaming fans. At the centre of all this is a ring. A Fight Pit ring.

SDS: We are LIVE from the Mall in Manila!

The feed switches to a cameraman standing in front of the commentary desk.

SDS: Welcome, everyone, to the Psycho Style Wrestling Friday Night Fight Pit. I'm "Striking" Darryl Stroligo, here with the Carnival King, Diogo Santos!

DS: I love this place, Darryl! The minas they got are second only to what we got in Brazil.

SDS: You're going to have to take off that helmet at some point, and I will be ready.

Santos gulps and grips the helmet as Stroligo stares him down.

SDS (looks into the camera): The Valentine's Brawl in Dunedin, New Zealand is set for 3 weeks from tomorrow, and PSW's Pacific Island tour continues. Next week, we're sailing to Suva, Fiji. But enough about the future, we hav to talk about the immediate past, don't we?

DS: Yeah, last week, Paul Grizzly, the champ, the man, putting the whole roster on notice, destroying EVERYBODY in sight.

SDS: It was utter carnage. Johnny Cyclone, Kruscher, the Honey Badger, Kala Kahuna, even GM Jeffery Campbell, all casualties of the Holder of Dominion's rampage.

DS: IT WAS ALL MONTANI'S FAULT! And Campbell's too. What the hell is he thinking, keeping him as the No. 1 contender and bringing him here?

SDS: Don't forget, Montani's tag team partner, Cody K. Olwagen, was hospitalised by Grizzly at Ascension. That's the entire reason for this. Grizzly started this war.

DS: Yeah, well, he's going to end it! I have it on good authority that he's here tonight.

SDS: Ah, so he's not here.

DS: I just told you a reliable source told me he's definitely here.

SDS: But you're full of it, so I know he's not in the building and won't be at all..

DS: Whatever, we'll see.

SDS: That we will. Now, let's move away from the heavyweights and make way for some THUNDERWEIGHTS!

PSW Fight Pit Episode 4 - A Killa In Manila

- 24 January 2031

A black SUV pulls up outside a striking, eye-shaped glass facade and a massive exterior LED screen that lights up a waterfront. This SUV is followed by 3 MPD cruisers. Several PSW security guards, led by the new gargantuan Deputy-Security Chief Cyrus Reed, march outside to meet him.

SDS: What's this about?

DS: It must be Miss Manila. I hear she's smoking! Hope she joins us...

SDS (tries to smack him, only to hit something hard): OW! What?

DS (Pulls off hat and wig to reveal a helmet): HA! I was ready for you!

One of the back doors of the pops opens and out walks the tall, tanned and shredded gangster known as...

SDS: It's Vito Montani!

DS: Aarrrrgghh!!

Psycho Extras - Moonlight Drive With You

Apia, Samoa, is generally very quiet and relaxed after dark, with minimal vehicle congestion. It helps when you leave before everyone else, and no one follows you, leaving you alone with your thoughts... and your hostage.

Zadie Chen finally snaps awake, gasping for air and grabbing her forehead, bruised and bumpy from Jessie Moore's loaded glove. It is by feeling her face that she realises her domino mask is missing, and, subsequently, that she is inside a moving vehicle.

Athiambo: Too long.

Chen's eyes snap to the front seat. She is greeted in the rear view mirror by the eyes of the Dark Talon.

Athiambo: The old you would have been up before the engine warmed.

PSW Madhouse Episode 4 - Laying Down The Law

The fourth episode of the Madhouse is over. The ring is being dismantled. The crowd is being sent home. Some of the wrestlers are signing autographs outside or leaving for the hotel with security escorts led by Chief Brendan Steele. But now, we must look inward, as inside the football complex, specifically in the trainer's room.

Queen Cobra (flailing about on a stretcher): GET IT OUT! GET IT OOUUUUT!

Dr Anya Sharma: We can try if you just-

Cobra: THAT WITCH! I'LL GET HER FOR THISSS!! I'LL MAKE HER PAY! I'LL MAKE HER-

Sharma grabs Cobra's arm and jabs a needle into it. Cobra goes limp.

Dr Shama (throwing her thumb over her shoulder at a bed): Set her down over there. I'll deal with her shortly.

The medics obey, carrying her over to bed in the same cluster as Tom, Dick & Harry, who are taped up, plastered and braced.

Ngozi: Thank you, Doctor.

PSW Madhouse Episode 4 - Queen Cobra vs Empress Ngozi (c)

A.B. (gripping his headset): Hello? Is anyone listening back there? Miller? I need to know what Queen Cobra was talking to the GM about.

Briar Lane: The following contest is a submission match, and it is for the Psycho Style Wrestling Jewells Championship!

The lights dim and sombre violin music is heard as Queen Cobra crawls out onto the grass.

Dominga: Alf, main event. Get a grip.

A.B.: Dammit. (composes himself) Three weeks ago, at Ascension, Queen Cobra, the inaugural Jewell's Champion, was defeated in a submission match for that very title, and she has been relentless in her pursuit to get it back.

PSW Madhouse Episode 4 - Final Confirmations

An O.R.D.R.L.I. feed shows Kalavina Leota somewhere in the football complex, standing in front of a TV monitor watching the Madness's destruction of Tom, Dick & Harry. The crowd pops yet again at the hometown heroine.

Sarah Esposito: WHAT THE HELL IS EVERYBODY DOING?!

Empress Ngozi: Calm down, Esposito!

Esposito: Calm down, my ass! Zadie got kidnapped.

Ngozi: We don't know that.

Esposito: Sure as hell looked like it! If no one's going to do anything, I'm-

Ngozi: Just hang on a moment. Just wait!

Esposito: Wait for WHAT?!

Ngozi: JUST WAIT!

The Empress comes into view, Jewell's title around her waist, to another pop. Esposito flanks her, fists clenched.

Ngozi: Leota.

PSW Madhouse Episode 4 - Chaos

The crowd watches with bated breath as the Outlaw and the Owl continue to size each other up.

Shamoon: Somebody do something!

Eventually, Athiambo breaks eye contact to look down at Chen, who is just now beginning to stir. She then grabs both Chen's hands and starts pulling her to the edge of the ring.

Dominga: What is she doing?

Athiambo shoots Moore one last glare before climbing out of the ring to drag Chen out and onto her shoulders.

A.B.: Athiambo... Athiambo is leaving- she's leaving with Chen!

Shamoon: HEY!

A.B.: Athiambo is leaving with Zadie Chen on her shoulders!

Shamoon: She's kidnapping her!

Dominga: Hey, can we get some security out here!

Athiambo carries Chen to the edge of the field where a car is parked. She opens the back door and throws Chen in. Moore watches with a raised eyebrow.

Atoye Bonds (waving at the tunnel): SECURITY! WE NEED HELP!

Shamoon: Seriously, someone get out here!

A growling female voice yells “Faavalevale!” and the crowd comes completely unglued.

A.B.: Oh no! NO!

PSW Madhouse Episode 4 - Zadie Chen vs Jessie Moore

The pieces of the table that Roger Evans destroyed are being wheeled out, while a new one is quickly being set up in front of the commentators.

A.B.: You two can hear me?

Dominga: Yep.

Shamoon: All good.

A.B.: Excellent. Just in time for our next match!

A chorus of chanting voices plays over the speakers. Chen walks out of the tunnel to the rhythm of a drum and a loud pop.

Briar Lane: On the way to the ring, from Singapore, standing 5 feet 5 and weighing in at 130 pounds, Zadie Chen!

A.B.: The former Blind Archer on her way to getting some payback. This is the second match in Ngozi's gauntlet.

Shamoon:  Earlier, Sarah Esposito beat the brakes off Shay Maharaj. I'm not so sure this one will go the same way.

Dominga: Of course, it is! Moore is going to swat this punk!

Shamoon: Did you just call a woman a punk?

Dominga: It's a gender-neutral term.

Shamoon: It's weird.

PSW Madhouse Episode 4 - Cold, Cold Heart

Roger Evans is being helped to the tunnel, while Luisa Festa is carried out on a stretcher, still showered with applause and praise from the Apians.

A.B.: I expected to call some wars tonight, but not like this. Truly hats off to both combatants.

Shamoon: I still don't get why he did that. He could have won that any number of ways.

Dominga: He kicked a chair in her face, and she kicked out. They're both crazy and stupid, but... they belong here.

A.B.: That they do. Now-

The floodlights in the stadium go.

Shamoon: The heck is this?

Dominga: Damn Samoan power outages. Doesn't this place have generators?

The Jumbotron shows the dark, frost-covered room. He Who Wields Thunder, El Demonio de la Heladas, is standing, the Thunderweight Championship on his shoulder. A monitor next to him is playing a clip from last week's Fight Pit, Danys Vités' heartfelt promo.

PSW Madhouse Episode 4 - Luisa Festa vs Roger Evans (c)

Briar Lane: The following is a Hardcore Match scheduled for ONE FALL, and it is for the Psycho Style Wrestling Bloodbath Championship!

The crowd cheers. Evans stands in one corner, no longer wearing his hat or his shirt, cracking his taped-up knuckles with the title on his shoulder. Festa does her tubeman dance in the opposite corner.

Briar Lane: Introducing first, the challenger, from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, standing 5 feet 6 and weighing in at 129 pounds, LUISA FESTA!

The crowd cheers again as the camera focuses on Festa, who continues her tubeman dance without a care in the world.

Dominga: There's still time for the test.

Shamoon: Drop it already.

Dominga: Never!

Briar Lane: Next, the champion, from Long Beach, California in the USA, standing 6 feet 2 and weighing in at 206 pounds, he is the Crimson King, ROGER EVANS!

Evans sticks out his middle and index fingers, as well as his thumbs on both hands and then crosses his forearms. The crowd boos.

A.B.: Roger Evans, the reigning Bloodbath Champion, about to face potentially his toughest test yet.

PSW Madhouse Episode 4 - Keep It Hardcore

Shamoon: That was a little hard to watch. Really thought the Jabbars were better than that.

Dominga: Ha! Based on what?

Shamoon: I don't know. I just always thought they were cool.

Dominga: First red flag.

Pop/Rap fusion song plays, and out walks Roger Evans, clad as always in his Hawaiian shirt, fedora, Whiteout sunglasses and of course, the Bloodbath Championship over his shoulder. The crowd reaction is mixed.

A.B.: And here comes Crimson Flag, sorry, I meant King.

Dominga: Ugh, just when I thought the night was about to get better.

PSW Madhouse Episode 4 - Snapping The Olive Branch

We cut to a dedicated interview area within the football complex.

Chloe Davis: An incredible comeback victory from the Madhouse's No. 1 draft pick, the Rose of Ferocity, Sarah Esposito, who is still trying to find her place in the pecking order. And while we're on that topic, I'm here with 4 people who have been consistently fighting to climb the tag team pecking order. Please welcome Chakir and Chelem Jabbar, JabbarTV and Elsa Filipsson, Eeva Mustonen, the Track Queens!

The camera pans out to show the aforementioned persons of entrance who get loud pops from the crowd. The Queens stand on Davis' left, both wearing their helmets. Elsa has her hands on her hips, looking down at the floor with a frown and tapping her wheeled feet. Eeva has her arms folded, looking away. The Jabbars stand on Davis' right, wearing streetwear. Chelem has his hands behind his head, while Chakir looks off at something while rubbing his hands together.

Davis: Now, gentlemen, it's my understanding that you asked for this interview time to clear the air with the Queens.

PSW Madhouse Episode 4 - Sarah Esposito vs Shay Maharaj

A loud siren is heard, followed by an aggressive rock track. The titantron goes black, with a strange red and blue aura. A bright red rose fades into view. Sarah Esposito marches out, her eyes burning with a cold, focused fury.

A.B.: Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen, to the Madhouse. Earlier tonight, we saw the reigning Jewell's Champion Empress Ngozi lay down the law, which led to this match being made. Sarah Esposito is looking for payback.

Shamoon: Payback for being outsmarted and overwhelmed by the numbers game last week, which resulted in a loss that should NOT be on her record.

Briar Lane: On the way to the ring, from Nueva Italia, Michoacán, Mexico, standing 6 feet 1 and weighing 230 pounds, "The Rose of Ferocity", Sarah Esposito!

Sarah punches the ground, triggering her pyro, and marches directly to the ring, never taking her eyes off the entrance ramp.

Shamoon: If I ever find myself on this woman’s bad side, just shoot me. It’ll probably be quicker and less painful.

Alvarez: I don’t know. Maybe Maharaj had a point last week. Maybe Esposito just isn’t as advertised.

PSW Madhouse Episode 4 - The Angel & the Owl

The Albino Angel in her red crop-top jacket and sunglasses of the same shade poses with the microphone held above her head and her hand pointing at the sky. She brings that pointed finger down, directing it at the Dark Talon, who just stares. Firyali then walks sideways while still pointing. The crowd watches in silence, partly confused, partly curious.

Dominga: What is she doing? Seriously, who is this clown?

A.B.: I really don't know.

Athiambo's eyes narrow as Firyali gets closer and closer.

Firyali (stops and puts some bass in her voice): Habari, dada.

Shamoon: What'd she say?

Dominga: Did she just call her Dadda? What are we watching?

Firyali: Now, Firyali has been watching you. She watched you back in November at the Saturday Night Super Fight, that 5-Woman Scramble to crown the first Jewell's Champion. You didn't win, but you never ate a pin.

Shamoon: Hey, that rhymes!

Firyali: Not one time. Then I saw you catch Lei D lacking. I saw you try to murder Maya Lethbridge. I saw you almost kill Kalavina. And just now, I saw you chop down and drill down Chica Dorada.

Dominga: Does she think she's cool with all these alliterations?

Firyali: And Firyali's here to tell you that I like what I see.

Crowd: Booooo!

A.B.: What?

Firyali: And I want... you!

Shamoon: Huh?

Crowd: Huh?!

Dominga: I don't think this is that kind of "wrestling" show.

Athiambo's narrowed eyes slowly open back up, and then she does something surprising. She leans back, just a little.

Firyali (quickly takes off sunglasses, frantically looking in every direction): No, not like that! (Looks at Athiambo) In a match. I want to face you in a wrestling match.

A.B., Dominga & Shamoon: Oh...

Crowd: Oh...

Firyali (clicks her tongue): Kwa umakini! (puts glasses back on) So, what do you say, dada mkubwa?

Shamoon: There's that word again.

Firyali: Let's tear. Down. This. House!... Madhouse.

Firyali then holds the microphone to Athiambo's face.

Dominga: She's out of her mind. Who the hell does she think she is?

Athiambo looks down at the 3-inch-shorter woman and raises her hand as if to reach for the mic. Then she shoves Firyali aside and continues on her way. Firyali is left stunned.

Crowd: Oh!

Dominga: Haha!

A.B.: That's as loud and clear a statement as I've ever heard.

Shamoon: It's probably for the best. She's not ready for-

Firyali: HEY! (quickly runs to block the Dark Talon's path) What the heck?! I just challenged you to a match, and you just shoved me aside. Not cool!

Athiambo looks down at her again, then takes a step, then turns and walks a perfect semi-circle around the Tanzanian.

Dominga: HAHAHAHAHA!!!

Athiambo is about to enter the tunnel when Firyali blocks her again.

Firyali (voice crack): STOP THAT! You know you could have just said no. Actually, you can't, because I already asked Shabani before I came out here, so you don't have a choice!

Dominga: Wow. Could she get any more lame?

Firyali: Next week, Honiara in the Solomon Islands, you and me, one-on-one. Be there...

Dominga: No. Please, no.

Firyali: Or be square!

A.B.: Ugh.

She raises the microphone and drops it before flicking her jacket and backing up into the tunnel. Athiambo watches her leave with dropped eyelids before entering the tunnel herself.

Shamoon: I mean, at least she's trying.

A.B.: Her promo skills definitely need work, but as we saw last week, she can go in that ring.

Shamoon: Yeah, but Athiambo? In her second match? I'm not looking forward to that.

Dominga: I am.

PSW Madhouse Episode 4 - Athiambo vs Chica Dorada

A series of numbers flashes on the titantron. 4. 13. 23. 30. 4. 13. 23. 30. 4. 13. 23. 30. Over and over this sequence repeats as a big, black owl creature flies closer and closer, reaching out with its talons and SCREECHING.

Fireworks explode-

Shamoon: AAAAHHH!!!!

- and an intense guitar solo plays, equal parts fast tempo, night-riding and haunting. Athiambo, clad in all black but without her feathered coat and sunglasses, makes her way down to the ring, her uncannily owl-like face and large eyes visible for all to see.

Briar Lane: The following contest is scheduled for one fall with a 10-minute time limit. Introducing first, from Mombasa Island off the coast of Kenya, standing 5 feet 10 and weighing in at 165 pounds, The Dark Talon, ATHIAMBO!

A.B.: In the past 3 weeks, this woman, Athiambo, has been quietly proving to be one of the most dangerous inmates in the Madhouse.

PSW Madhouse Episode 4 - Courtesy Curtain Call

An O.R.D.R.L.I. camera captures a heated conversation in the gorilla position, which is literally a side entrance of the football complex with dark curtains and dimmed lights. The participants are the General Manager, Nalah Shabani, and the Mother Hen of Holds, and Apia native, Kalavina Leota, sporting a neck brace from her match with Athiambo last week and getting very loud "LEOTA!" chants from the crowd. Producer Mike Miller is also present.

Shabani (taking off her glasses and pinching her nose): ...f all the reckless, egotistical-

Miller: She just threw our whole show outta whack.

Leota: It had to be done.

Shabani: No, it didn't.

Leota: Cobra's crew were out of control.

Miller: We had a plan for that.

Leota: Then ya shoulda been fasta. Now we adapt.

Sarah Esposito briskly walks through the curtain.

Leota (stands in front of her, looking up despite her brace): You goin' on next. Get changed and give her hell.

Esposito nods and keeps walking.

Leota: See? Just like that.

PSW Madhouse Episode 4 - Laying Down The Gauntlet

Empress Ngozi's bombastic regal music plays, and the Apia faithful rise to their feet and scream. She walks briskly out of a tunnel connecting the soccer field to the football complex, no longer wearing her robe, still with the Jewells Championship around her waist and now with a mic in her hand. Sarah Esposito and Zadie Chen walk behind her.

Briar Lane: Please welcome, Zadie Chen, Sarah Esposito and the Bearer of the Jewell, Ngozi - Empress of the Squared Circle!

The crowd cheers, some even bow, but she is too annoyed to do her usual wave.

A.B.: Listen to this ovation for the incomparable Empress, though she is lacking her usual regal swagger.

The trio enters the ring with Ngozi in the centre, Chen to her right and Esposito on her left, arms folded.

Shamoon: Esposito still looks pissed.

Dominga: Please, she looks like a scolded child.

Ngozi: Apia!

The crowd pops at their city's name being mentioned.

Ngozi (pauses to look at them):... Your Empress... has arrived.

PSW Madhouse Episode 4 - Accountability

- 20 January 2031

An outdoor soccer stadium, draped with PSW and Madhouse branding. The atmosphere is hot, not just from the tropical humidity, but from the grandstands filled with fiery fans, mostly from the local Polynesian population.

A.B.: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Psycho Style Wrestling's Monday Night Madhouse! I'm Alf Balducci, the livewire, Dominga Alvarez to my right, the ever-analytical Aazif Shamoon to my left. We are coming to you LIVE from the Outdoor Park Stadium in Apia, the capital city of Samoa-

PSW Powwow #3 - Pump the Brakes

The date is January 18, 2031, in Sambuca City. Sanka Williams, CEO of Psycho Style Wrestling, is in his office in the Marina Quarter building.

Made with Perchance

He sits in front of his desktop, typing away, and checks his watch. 8:50 am. He types in some commands on his keyboard, which shut off the lights and closed the curtains.

He then taps a button on his desk, which then shoots up a bright blue projection light. The projection resembles a large flat-screen, dominated by the wide, toothy grin of Sara Williams, President of Talent Relations & Head of Creative.

"Hi, hubby!" she says, leaning back, "So, liking the new holoscreen?"

"It's a memory saver," He replies.

She points, "Exactly! Told you they'd be worth it."

He closes his eyes and nods, "Yes..." he opens them again, "They're certainly worth all that instant ramen you'll be living off the next 3 months."

PSW Fight Pit Episode 3 - Kala Kahuna & Johnny Cyclone vs The Honey Badger & Kruscher

David Bekker: Your main event of the evening is a Tag Team Match scheduled for one fall!

A virtuosic guitar accompanied by heavy rock riffs plays to a pop. The two big screens show a honey badger going about its day: burrowing, climbing, looking cute, biting the balls of lions. The man himself briskly walks out, looking small, rabid and wounded.

David Bekker: On the way to the ring, from Hoedspruit, Limpopo, South Africa, standing 168 centimetres and weighing in at 104 kilos, the Honey Badger!

SDS: "It's not the size of the dog in the fight. It's the size of the fight in the dog." Diogo, in our short history, this man has firmly proven this old adage.

DS: Too right, companheiro. Where the hell did they make him, and where did Campbell find him?

SDS: I do not know, but I do know he's going to be a problem in this bout.

DS (chuckles): Yeah, but a problem for who?

PSW Fight Pit Episode 3 - On Main

BACKSTAGE

A cameraman lingers outside a locker room door. It opens and out come Kala Kahuna and the towering Johnny Cyclone, the former missing his shirt and the latter now in his aqua-green singlet and white gloves.

SDS: And there they are. The veteran and the upstart on their way to- Huh?

DS: What the hell?

Brendan Steele sprints past, followed by an army of guards.

SDS: What's going on? Did the Madness come back?

DS: Maybe they never left.

Cyclone moves to follow them, but Kahuna places a hand on his chest and shakes his head before pointing in the opposite direction. Cyclone nods, and they start walking.

SDS: Well, whatever it is, hopefully it doesn't affect the main event.

The feed switches to another cameraman's perspective.

SDS: And there's the other side of the equation. The Moscow Machine and the Honey Badger. It'll be interesting to see how they work together in this match.

Kruscher is walking along a hallway. Badger walks next to him, cackling like the madman he is. The Russian stops and glares. The small, stocky man just looks up and bares his teeth, doing a false lunge.

Kruscher then keeps walking with Badger a little further behind.

DS: This is gonna be a trainwreck, Darryl. HAHAHAHA!!!

PSW Fight Pit Episode 3 - Flyboy Figueroa vs Mudir

The sound of a plane engine coming to life is heard, propellers spinning in sync with an electric guitar solo and accompanying drums. The crowd cheers as a man with messy black hair, in gear reminiscent of a late-1940s fighter pilot, complete with a bomber jacket, goggles, and a mask over his mouth, jogs out. His arms are spread wide, tilting from side to side like an aeroplane while running around in a circle.

DS: Oh, this is going to be good.

David Bekker: On the way to the ring, from San Cristóbal in the Dominican Republic, standing 173 centimetres and weighing in at 75 kilos, Flyboy Figueroa!

Figueroa runs forward and slides on his kneepads, pointing at the sky with both index fingers as a single firework explodes behind him.

SDS: The floor is yours, partner.

PSW Fight Pit Episode 3 - Seth vs Kraken Khan & Dennis Zázrak

A loud set of trumpets blowing in lockstep with a rapid-fire boom bap beat. The camera lingers on the stage for a bit, but no one comes out.

It then darts about, capturing the faces of the cheering fans until it finds Seth walking down the stairs between two rows of fans, as always clad in his basketball-inspired shirt and shorts with his big glasses and headphones.

David Bekker: The following is a Handicap Match scheduled for one fall. On the way to the ring, from Benguela, Angola, standing 193 centimetres and weighing in at 111 Kilos, SETH!

SDS: Last week, Seth teamed up with the Groundbreaker, Dennis Zázrak, in a handicap match against the former champion, Kraken Khan, who picked up the victory when Seth was left in the lurch by his partner.

DS: Seth disrespected Zázrak! He got what he deserved.

SDS: And then Zázrak got laid out afterwards BY Khan.

DS: That was different. Khan's the former champ. Zázrak's the current champ. They have legit beef. What business does this guy have?

SDS: He's the reason that transition took place, or did you forget that?

PSW Fight Pit Episode 3 - Pandemonium, Indeed

BACKSTAGE

An O.R.D.R.L.I. feed appears on the screens, in gorilla position.

Campbell: ... the hell do ya mean he can't find them? How the bloody hell do ya lose 3 people that massive?

Jeyi: That's what Brendan said. They're nowhere to be seen.

Campbell: They're meant to be in Samoa on Monday, God damnit!

Jeyi: I know-

Campbell: I don't need Shabani crawlin' up my arse!

Jeyi: I'm just relaying a message!

PSW Fight Pit Episode 3 - Team Wallace vs Tom & Dick w/ Harry

The crowd goes wild as a high-pitched guitar riff plays. Axel and Oscar run out, stop and cross their arms over their heads, creating an X-symbol while pointing their index fingers.

David Bekker: The following is a Tag Team Match scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, from Brigg, England, at a combined weight of 204 Kilos, Axel and Oscar, TEAM WALLACE!

They walk briskly to the ring, stopping to deliver high fives and fist bumps to the crowd.

SDS: Last week, the brothers, Axel and Oscar Z. Wallace, scored an important victory over the Wild Thornes-

DS: You mean Axel scored it. Oscar almost blew it from the first bell after that stuff Thorne said about their dad being disappointed in them

SDS: I can't fully disagree, but Axel set him straight with some tough love after.

DS: Tough love? That was some cold-blooded shit. He called their dad worm food. I get what he was doing, but damn.

SDS: I feel the same way, but the message was clear. If they want to be the Tag Team Supreme again, they have to focus on the here and now.

DS: Yeah, and- Wait... who are they facing again?

SDS: ... Oh God!

PSW Fight Pit Episode 3 - The Spark

The big screens show a dark room with the only light coming from a TV, obscured by the silhouette of Danys Vités, who sits cross-legged in front of it.

The TV shows a man with a white mask and light blue ring gear entering an arena full of screaming fans.

In Vités' place now sits a young Haitian boy.

Announcer (o.s.): Damas y caballeros, ¡Junten sus aplausos para el Héroe conocido como Zero!

Vités (v.o.): Li te ewo mwen. (He was my hero.) Enspirasyon mwen. (My inspiration.)

PSW Fight Pit Episode 3 - Ecological Succession

The Fight Pit flourishes with new faces in four fun matches.

PSW Fight Pit Episode 3 - Boiling Blood

An O.R.D.R.L.I. catches sight of Sara Blood Jr storming down a hallway. The crowd is mostly silent, with some booing and some cheering.

DS: I thought we were done with the nepo baby for tonight!

She turns a corner and bumps into Mudir, literally, who has a newspaper in one hand and a pencil in the other, as opposed to the book about the Mamluk Sultunate last week and Sun Tzu's The Art of War the week before.

Sara Jr: You again?

PSW Fight Pit Episode 3 - El Cirujano vs Marcelo Sousa

David Bekker: Your opening contest is scheduled for one fall!

The sound of electricity is heard, and instead of the beeping, it's a heavy drumbeat accompanied by Argentine Rock. White fog covers the stage, and out walks a tall, lean, fair-skinned man in a white mask with a green cross on it covering his entire head, except for his dark eyes. He is clad in more white, with the green cross appearing on his fingerless gloves, trunks and boots.

He raises his hands, looking at them with a quizzical head tilt, then looks up, clenches them into fists, and slowly makes his way to the ring.

David Bekker: On the way to the ring, from Buenos Aires, Argentina, standing 183 centimetres and weighing in at 98 kilos, El Cirujano!

SDS: Two weeks ago, this man made his Fight Pit debut against the current no. 1 contender, Danys Vités. It was a losing effort, but he took tiny pieces out of the Haitian. We also can't overlook your history with him, Diogo.

PSW Fight Episode Pit 3 - Big Business

BACKSTAGE

Katrina Petrov and her cameraman intercept Campbell as he enters the hallway.

Petrov: Jeffrey!

Campbell (big smile): Katrina. How's it going?

Petrov: I'm well, thank you. You just confirmed that Vito Montani is still in contention for the World Dominion Championship?

Campbel (still smiling): That I did.

Petrov: Even after he stole a tranquiliser from medical, used it on Paul Grizzly, the World Champion and got arrested on camera?

Campbell (still smiling): Yep.

Petrov: ... Why?

Campbell (still smiling): Because I said so.

PSW Fight Pit Episode 3 - Power Vacuum

SDS: Welcome everybody to Episode 3 of the Friday Night Fight Pit! I'm "Striking" Darryl Stroligo, joined as always by the "Carnival King" Diogo Santos! We are coming to you live from the famous Anvil Arena in Pisco!

DS: More like PISS-co, Darryl! This place stinks, literally!

SDS: I thought that was you.

DS: I smell like a million bucks!

SDS (leans in): Great, you start paying me back.

DS (slides his chair away): Okay, let's acalmar companheiro. It's a figure of speech.

PSW Madhouse Episode 3 - The Madness vs Chelem Jabbar & the Track Queens

Briar Lane: Your main event of the evening is a Six-Person Tag Team Match, and it is scheduled for one fall!

Crowd: One fall!

A growling female voice is heard yelling, “Faavalevale!” A deep male voice yells “Porangi!” then an even deeper male voice roars “Vale!” All three then together scream, "MADNESS!" before a deep bass guitar and tribal drums are heard.

The titantron shows chains swinging from side to side as the sliding doors open. Asovale comes out first, her beaded braids covering her eyes. Henare and Manu flank her, rolling shoulders and frothing at the mouth respectively. The crowd reaction is a mix of boos and cheers, all loud.

Briar Lane: On the way to the ring, at a combined weight of 857 pounds, Lulu Asovale, Hunapo Henare and Kaivao Manu, THEEEEEEEEEEE MAAAAAAAADNNEEEEESSSS!!!

PSW Madhouse Episode 3 - Tour of the Islands

Chloe Davis: It has been an insane night in just our 3rd episode of the Monday Night Madhouse. Brutality, athleticism, humiliation, sensational debuts as we just saw... chemical warfare and drama. Speaking of drama (points at the toxic symbol on the door), I'm here at what was earlier the site of a "therapy session" between Seraphina Dubois and her partner, Talon. Now, no one has seen or heard from either since the segment broke out intoa  vicious brawl, so... (turns the handle, opens door slightly to peek inside) I'm just going to look and report ba-

A very loud moan escapes the room. The crowd recognises it immediately. Davis slams the door shut and stares into the camera with bulging eyes, a hand over her mouth and a face as red as the sunset.

PSW Madhouse Episode 3 - Meet the Inmates

With the building warmed up, we march to the main event. 3 important matches take place beforehand with multiple debuts, showcasing the depth of the Madhouse roster:

PSW Madhouse Episode 3 - Breaking the Ice

As Athiambo continues on her path up the ramp, her now steady breaths become visible.

Shamoon: Is it getting cold in here?

A.B.: As a matter of fact, yes?

Dominga: Hey, guys, turn down the ACs, will you?

The lights in the arena shift to a dark blue as a cold wind flies in, and Athiambo's intense guitar riffs are cut off by a deep-sounding Latin instrumental overlayed with Aztec chants and an orchestral chorus. The sliding doors open, revealing a stocky frame, a set of glowing blue eyes and the golden gleam of the Thunderweight Championship. The crowd boos heavily. Those who aren't shivering, of course.

PSW Madhouse Episode 3 - Kalavina Leota vs Athiambo

A high-pitched scream is heard...

Dominga: What the hell?

... followed by a low growl and then an aggressive hard rock/industrial metal hybrid plays to loud cheers from the Himbeergeist crowd.

Briar Lane: The following contest is scheduled for one fall!

Crowd: One fall.

Dominga: Oh, right! I almost forgot this was a wrestling show.

Shamoon: And what a match we're about to see.

PSW Madhouse Episode 3 - Good News

Shamoon: I still can't get over that segment just now.

A.B.: Indeed, every week we learn more and more about Luisa Festa.

Dominga: Yeah, like she's absolutely psychotic. How do you do that? Ruin somebody's relationship like that?

A.B.: Frankly, I think she did them a favour. Toxic indeed.

Shamoon: You guys think a doctor, a real doctor, could cure... whatever that is?

A.B.: I don't think so, but since we're on the topic, we just received word of an incident that took place in the office of Dr Anya Sharma. Let's have a look,

We see an O.R.D.R.L.I feed in the Trainer's Room. Sarah Esposito is seated on a chair. Her calf, swollen from Cobra's bite, is outstretched. Her bronze skin is a sickly yellow and she has bags under her eyes. There's a big metal bucket next to her. Zadie Chen walks in with a bottle of water. Esposito reaches for it, but then grabs the bucket and proceeds to hurl.

PSW Madhouse Episode 3 - Couples Therapy

A video appears on the titantron and we find ourselves in a room with white walls, red curtains, and a big couch. There are several ornaments, pots and pillars around them.

"Socialite" Seraphina Dubois sits on one side of the couch, dressed in a black jacket over a fitting white dress with pink stripes with high-heels. A pair of red-rimmed sunglasses rests on the top of her head, with lipstick to match. Her long blonde hair was slicked back.

"Emperor" Talon sits on the other end of the chair, dressed like Napoleon, bicorne hat and Austerlitz sword included.

Both of them have their legs crossed and their chins resting on their hands and their lower lips jutting out and brows deeply furrowed, all while facing away from each other.

A.B.: What is this?

PSW Madhouse Episode 3 - Chakir Jabbar w/ Chelem Jabbar vs Roger Evans (c)

The ladders are set up on the left and right sides of the ring. The Bloodbath Championship hangs high above it. Chelem stands outside, by Chakir’s corner with his camera rolling.

Briar Lane: The following singles contest is a ladder match and it is for the PSW Bloodbath Championship! Introducing the challenger. Representing JabbarTV, from Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan, standing 5 foot 10 and weighing in at 189 pounds, Chakir Jabbar!

Chakir hops the turnbuckle, pulls up his shirt and throws it into the cheering crowd.

Briar Lane: Introducing the champion. From Long Beach, California in the USA, standing 6 foot 2 and weighing in at 206 Kilos, he is the Crimson King, Roger Evans!

Evans just leans against the turnbuckle and throws up the peace sign to boos.

The bell rings.

PSW Madhouse Episode 3 - Dumb and Dumber^2

The 20-year-old Crimson King stands in the ring, wearing his signature fedora, Hawaiian shirt, white-out sunglasses and of course, his Crimson, the Bloodbath Championship. His alternative rock theme is barely heard over the boos.

Evans: So who's it gonna be this week? Who thinks they can hang with Roger Evans and take his title?

Dominga: If I hadn't promised my father to never wrestle again, I'd go in there and do it myself.

A.B.: You would have had to get in line.

A bopping beat is heard. Two tiger outlines, one orange and one green, slide onto the titantron from either side and overlap each other. The words Jabbar and TV logo appear on screen, red and blue, respectively.

 Dominga: Oh no.

 Shamoon: Oh, yes!

Dominga: Is there seriously no one else back there?

PSW Madhouse Episode 3 - Words of Warning

Backstage

Chloe Davis is in the hallway, waiting eagerly by gorilla. Queen Cobra is the first to walk in.

Davis: Cobra, could you-

Cobra (walking past while flicking her wrist at her): Not now, Cleo.

Davis: It's... Chloe.

Moore walks in next.

Davis: Jessie. There's been a lot of debate on bLast about your alliance with Cobra. What are you really aft-

Moore slaps the microphone out of the reporter's hands and continues on her way. Davis frowns and bends over to pick it up. The cameraman follows her down and captures Shay Maharaj's feet.

Maharaj: AHEM!

PSW Madhouse Episode 3 - Sarah Esposito vs Shay Maharaj

Referee Atoye Bonds rushes down to the ring, sending Chen, Moore and Cobra to the back.

A.B.: Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen, to the Madhouse. If you missed it, Sarah Esposito just challenged the self-proclaimed Untouchable Shay Maharaj to a match.

Shamoon: Esposito is looking for payback after being knocked out with a lead pipe by Maharaj last week.

A.B.: Just received word from Producer Mike Miller that Nalah Shabani has sanctioned this match for right now.

Bonds orders the two legal combatants to separate corners.

PSW Madhouse Episode 3 - Victory March

- 13 January 2031

A.B.: Welcome, everyone, to Psycho Style Wrestling's Monday Night Madhouse! I'm Alf Balducci, the livewire Dominga Alvarez to my right, the ever-analytical Aazif Shamoon to my left. We are coming to you live from the Humuna Humunarena in Himbeergeist!

Shamoon: Try saying that five times fast!

Dominga: Shu- Nope, not tonight. I can do this.

A.B.: What's this now?

Shamoon: I bet her this morning that she couldn't go one night without telling me to shut up.

Dominga: I won't lose. I refuse to lose.

PSW Fight Pit Episode 2 - Kruscher vs Johnny Cyclone

Deep, booming trumpets play. Kruscher marches out, his expression as cold and hard as his wide, muscular frame. The crowd reaction is mixed; some boo, some cheer, but no one is silent.

David Bekker: The following contest is scheduled for one fall. Introducing first, from Moscow, Russia, standing 196 centimetres and weighing in at 132 kilos, KRUSCHER!

SDS: It has been a series of misfortunes for this man. At the Saturday Night Super Fight, he ran the Six-Man Gauntlet to become the first Holder of Dominion, only for Paul Grizzly to come in as the surprise entrant and take the title for himself. Just one week later, at the 2030 draft, he faced Vito Montani in a Number 1 Contender's Match-

PSW Fight Pit Episode 2 - The Martyr & the Machine

Backstage

Katrina Petrov stands outside a door with a tag: GENERAL MANAGER. While she waits, a quintet of police officers comes into view. The crowd boos Jenever's finest.

Lead Officer: Excuse me, miss.

Petrov moves aside and gestures for the cameraman to back up as the Lead Officer knocks sharply on the door.

L.O.: JPD! Open up.

The door opens wide, and Campbell walks out: He's all yours, gents.

PSW Fight Pit Episode 2 - Dennis Zázrak & Seth vs Kraken Khan

Sara Jr finally walks up the ramp with some people in the crowd chanting "YOU SUCK!" over and over. Other fans cheer and even clap for her. Most of them don't care much one way or another. She walks even faster.

SDS: It has been a rough night, largely due to the fallout from last week, which includes our next match, which Jeffrey Campbell announced in his conversation with Sara Blood Jr.

The two big screens show a video montage of the confrontation.

We see the Tectonic Champion, Dennis Zázrak posing under a single spotlight, fresh off defeating Job R. Smith by crushing his hand until he tapped out. We see the former champion, Kraken Khan, storm down.

Khan (pointing, voice deep and growling): You... have something that belongs to me... boy!

Zázrak looks at his own body in confusion.

Khan (holds out his open free hand): And you will HAND IT to me, or I will personally hand... you head to your dear old dad, Martin...

Zázrak (frowns): Who... do you think you are, you ugly, old, masked freak?! You come down to Zázrak's ring, interrupt Zázrak's moment and threaten Zázrak? The Champion? The Groundbreaker?

Kraken: I threaten the coward who ran away like a thief in the night after STEALING my Tectonic Championship!

Zázrak: Zázrak did not run away from YOU at Ascension on Sunday. No, it was... a tactical retreat. Zázrak had already gotten what he came for, and he had no reason to engage in a meaningless street brawl like some-

Khan: SILENCE! You WILL give me back my title or I-

We then see Seth making his way through the crowd. We see Khan shoving Zázrak out of the way to confront Seth. We see Brendan Steele and his men try to intervene, only for Seth to effortlessly leap over them and initiate an insane brawl that sees the monster throwing Steele's men around like toys.

The brawl ends with Seth sending Khan face-first into the ring post with a Drop Toe Hold before pointing at Zázrak and making a belt motion.

SDS: Seth making his intentions clear. Kraken Khan demanding his title back. If Dennis Zázrak thought he'd have an easy time of it as Groundbreaker, he's got another thing coming!

The video ends.
