PSW Madhouse Episode 5 - Say Hello To The Solomons

A stadium sits along the coastal highway, an open-air complex of vibrant blue, yellow, and green steel. It is framed by towering white light masts and sweeping roofs shaped like traditional ocean-going canoes. PSW and Madhouse iconography is draped over every ledge. 

Inside, ten thousand mostly Malenesian spectators fill two long, brightly coloured Grandstands facing across a sky-blue eight-lane running track that wraps around a lush green football pitch at the centre of which sits the wrestling ring.

A.B.: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Psycho Style Wrestling's Monday Night Madhouse! I'm Alf Balducci; the livewire, Dominga Alvarez, to my right; the ever-analytical Aazif Shamoon to my left. With just 20 days to go until the Valentine's Brawl in Dunedin, New Zealand, we are coming to you LIVE from the capital city of the Solomon Islands, Honiara!

Dominga: WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!

Shamoon: Great to be here; I just wish it wasn't so hot.

Dominga: Aren't you Saudi Arabian? Heat should be in your blood.

Shamoon: I'm Canadian. My blood likes to snow, not sand.

Dominga: Ugh...

Shamoon: What do you mean by "Ugh"?

PSW Madhouse Episode 4 - Accountability

An outdoor soccer stadium, draped with PSW and Madhouse branding. The atmosphere is hot, not just from the tropical humidity, but from the grandstands filled with fiery fans, mostly from the local Polynesian population.

A.B.: Welcome, everyone, to Psycho Style Wrestling's Monday Night Madhouse! I'm Alf Balducci, the livewire Dominga Alvarez to my right, the ever-analytical Aazif Shamoon to my left. We are coming to you live from the Humuna Humunarena in Himbeergeist!

Shamoon: Try saying that five times fast!

Dominga: Shu- Nope, not tonight. I can do this.

A.B.: What's this now?

Shamoon: I bet her this morning that she couldn't go one night without telling me to shut up.

Dominga: I won't lose. I refuse to lose.

PSW Madhouse Episode 2 - Quid Pro Quo

Backstage 1 hour and 30 minutes before the show starts. No fans. No cameras.

Sarah Esposito is seated on a chair, on the phone, due to not having a match. She is wearing jeans and a jacket. 

Esposito: It was that bad? Wow, my dad didn't talk to me for days, but… Uh-huh, look, they'll come around, I'm sure of- (Door opens) I’ll have to call you back. (Puts phone in pocket and gets up quickly)

Empress Ngozi (raises hands): Easy! I come in peace.

The crowd roars in anticipation. The stage is decorated with chains, iron bars and grey walls with sliding doors that will open when a wrestler makes their entrance. The ring mat is designed to look as though it is stained with blood. The apron has the word "MADHOUSE" written on it in a rigid, chiselled, dark-red 3D font. The titantron displays the letters P S W in red, purple and blue, respectively. 

A.B.: We are LIVE from the sold-out Salamanca Dome in Singani City! Hello and welcome everybody, I'm Alf Balducci, along with my broadcast team, Dominga Alvarez to my right and Aazif Shamoon to my left!

Shamoon: I'm so excited!

Dominga: It doesn't get any better than this! Well, maybe if Shamoon had taken the wrong train...

Shamoon: Love you too, Dom.

Dominga: Never call me that again!

A.B.: Now, now, you two. Play nice. The boss is in the ring.
