PSW Fight Pit Episode 4 - Crash Course

The cameraman follows Katrina Petrov into the arena's parking bay. There she finds the towering form of Johnny Cyclone, clad in his aqua-green singlet, pacing with his white-gloved hands on his hips, seemingly talking to the air.

Petrov: Johnny...? Do you perhaps have a moment?

The young African-American looks up at the ceiling, "One second, Lord," and turns to the interviewer.

Cyclone: How's it going, Katrina?

Petrov: I'm doing great, thank you. We just saw the conclusion to the rivalry between Kala Kahuna and the Honey Badger, with Badger picking up the controversial victory-

Cyclone (astonished): Kahuna lost?

Petrov: Yes.

Cyclone (looking down): Damn. How'd he take it?

Petrov: Hard.

Cyclone: I'll have to hit him up, then.

Petrov: I'm actually here to talk about your own heated rivalry with the Moscow Machine, Kruscher, which is also set to conclude tonight.

Cyclone frowns and nods.

Petrov: Three weeks ago, Johnny, you shocked the wrestling world twice. First in your intervention against the Holder of Dominion, Paul Grizzly, in his attack on Cody K. Olwagen and Vito Montani at Ascension; and then on the first episode of the Fight Pit when you defeated Kruscher in your PSW debut.

Cyclone nods again.

Petrov: However, you haven't seen the same success since. You lost to Kruscher in a rematch that many people think you should never have accepted, and even last week, during the tag team match, you struggled to get any kind of headway before Grizzly returned and, frankly, demolished all of you.

DS: See, that's what I like about her. She holds nothing back.

SDS: Absolutely.

Cyclone (blinks and sighs): Wow...

Petrov: Having said all that, are you confident that you can recapture the magic of your debut week by defeating Kruscher tonight and firmly putting yourself back in the World Title conversation?

Cyclone: With all due respect, Katrina, I don't mess around with "magic".

SDS: Amen to that.

Cyclone: Here's the truth of it: I whupped Kruscher -1,2,3- smack dab in the middle of that ring.

The crowd pops.

Cyclone: Any man who can be beaten once can be beaten twice. That's all there is to it.

Petrov: But then, what if you are the man who loses twice?

Cyclone: I ain't plannin' on it, but if he gets the W tonight, it'll be 'cause I made him work for it!

DS: Cocky punk.

Cyclone raises his head and frowns at something: Katrina, please step back a bit.

Petrov does as instructed just as the wide frame of Kruscher enters the camera frame.

SDS: Oh no...

The two giant men stare each other down with a burning intensity.

Cyclone: I assume there's something you want to say to me before we go to war?

Kruscher snatches the microphone out of Petrov's hand, prompting her to vacate the scene entirely. He then holds the mic up to his face for about 3 seconds, and then hits Cyclone in the face with it.

SDS: NO!

DS: YES!

Kruscher tackles the stumbling Cyclone in the tailgate of a parked van. Cyclone tries to hit and push him away, but the Russian throws him with an Overhead Belly-to-belly Suplex on the concrete.

Petrov: Help! We need help!

SDS: Get some security over there!

Kruscher quickly grabs Cyclone off the ground and throws him over the hood of another parked car. Security and refs pop up, trying to pull Kruscher off, but he shoves them out of his way before climbing onto that same hood. He picks the Alabaman up onto his shoulder and walks onto the roof of th.

SDS: No, don't do this! DON'T DO THIS!

Kruscher leaps and powerslams Cyclone through the glass sunroof of yet another car.

SDS: BOŽE MOJ

DS: HE DESTROYED HIM! That's what you get! That's what happens when you talk shit!

SDS: What is wrong with you?!

Kruscher pushes himself out from the sunroof, out of which Cyclone's legs are sticking, and his pained groans are heard. Cyrus Reed arrives on the scene.

Reed (shoving Kruscher): Get the hell out of here!

Reed then smashes his gloved fist through the window of the car to open the door.

Kruscher is dragged away by security as medics rush to the scene.

SDS: That man is out of control! There's no way the match can happen now.

DS: Of course. Kruscher was sick of dealing with this kid.

SDS: Or he was afraid to! Maybe he knew Cyclone had a point?
