The first episode of the Monday Night Madhouse is over. The last few fans have begun filing out. The janitors have begun cleaning up the food, sweat and other unpleasant bodily fluids that have found themselves on the seats. And while they deal with that mess, Dr. Anya Sharma and her team deal with the mess of human bodies in the trainer's room.
Briar Lane: The following is a six-man tag team match. The first team to score a pinfall or submission will be victorious.
The camera once again cuts to the back. Cobra is talking to Moore, who is leaning against the wall with her big black hat covering her eyes and her bright red bandana covering her face
A.B.: And here we see the former Jewell's Champion, Queen Cobra and the "Outlaw" Jessie Moore. I can't tell if they're on the same page.
Dominga: They don't need to be. They both have a vested interest in Ngozi's downfall, with respect. That'll be enough.
Shamoon: Hating the same person doesn't always make you friends.
Dominga: If you want friends, don't become a wrestler.
A.B.: As long as-
Shay Maharaj (o.s): HELLOOOOOOOOO!!!
The camera cuts to the back to see Zadie Chen clad in her floral gear and domino mask, and Sarah Esposito in a new tiger-striped sports crop top and trunks. The two of them are chatting and warming up.
A.B.: And there we see two members of Empress Ngozi's team in the upcoming main event. We first saw them at the draft: Zadie Chen, the 7th overall pick and Sarah Esposito, the number 1 draft pick. They would actually team together at that same event against the newly formed Francophone duo of "Socialite" Seraphina Dubois and "Emperor" Talon.
Shamoon: Yeah, and Esposito tossed Talon around like a sack of potatoes and pinned him.
Dominga: I'm still not sure about her, but I'll admit that was fun to watch.
A.B.: She definitely has an opportunity to prove herself, yet again, tonight, but now, it's time for our next match.
We found ourselves in a dark room, lit by candles. A chilly wind kills the flames, and a pair of glowing blue eyes provides the illumination. Just enough to reveal the Thunderweight Championship on the and the cross-legged silhouette of the man who holds it, El Demonio de las Heladas.
A new, upbeat rock track plays. A fiery young Chinese woman with bright pink streaks in her ponytailed hair, tied with dice ropes and charming Chinese idol-themed gear, makes her way to the ring to great reaction.
Briar Lane: The following contest is scheduled for one fall. Introducing first, from Macau, China, standing 5 ft 2 and weighing in at 118 pounds, "Lucky" Lei D!
Dominga: Where are the Madness? Where's Asovale? I think they missed a spot.
Shamoon: Do you have to be such an elitist all the time?
Dominga: It's not elitist to want to see WRESTLERS on a WRESTLING SHOW, instead of a damn pop star!
Shamoon: She's not a pop star; she was an idol. There's a difference.
Dominga: Yeah, well, God hates idols, and so do I.
The Track Queens and JabbarTV are being helped out of the ring after the assault.
Dominga: Man, that was great. I can't believe I wanted to leave.
Shamoon: How can you praise that?
Dominga: Like this, "Man, that was great!"
A.B.: Well, hopefully the Queens and the Jabbars haven't suffered any lasting damage. But let's take you back to last night. As I said, Lulu Asovale was in a cage match to crown the first-ever Bloodbath Champion. A match where she seemed unstoppable. So much so that it took the combined efforts of two men to bring her down: Ethan Stewart and the yung upstart who somehow walked out of Sambuca City with the gold.
Dominga: I still call that a fluke.
Shamoon: He won, get over it.
A.B.: We now turn to our broadcast colleague, Chloe Davis.

Hello everyone! Hope you are doing well.
That was a great draft.
Below you will find the “final” roster breakdown as per the draft which will go into effect the night after Ascension, which is the first episode of the Monday Night Madhouse. I say “final” because this business, and our company, is always changing. Even now, we’re scouting and signing new talent. Some of the names you see here may live on for generations.
Some of them will die. Not literally, of course (although we are prepared for such a tragedy; These people all know what they signed up for), but in the sense of washing out because they just didn’t have it. It’s up to the GMs to decide whose worth investing in, but it’s up to the talent to prove themselves worthy of such investment. I’m talking money and time. Both are finite. One, we can never get back.
On that note, let me introduce you all to @Mike Miller and @Palesa Jeyi, who will be the producers of the Madhouse and Fight Pit, respectively. Meaning they’ll be the GMs’ right hands in keeping the shows running. And speaking of…
There’s going to be another powwow session on Monday to discuss the plan for Ascension and address a couple incidents that took place during the draft. Yes, @Nalah Shabani and @Jeffrey Campbell, I’m looking at you. (And I’m loving it, but my job requires I give you a spanking in front of the class.)
We’re also going to address the situation with the Madhouse’s midcard, since the Fight Pit decided to keep Tecton all to themselves. Tag Team wrestling is great, but singles stars on the rise (or on the fall) need something to fight for.
@Bethany Jones and @Tony Garcia, I leave it up to you to remind the fans that while the Jewell and Dominion are genderlocked, everything else is fair game for both the boys and girls. Don’t care how you do it, just don’t be boring about it.

It's December 2nd, 2030, in the bustling coastal city of Sambuca, situated at the very top of the northern island region of Vodka. A blue oasis in this sea of green, right next to the actual sea and home to the fearsome Cobalt Colliders rugby team and their massive stadium, the Cobalt Colosseum.
Not far from this arena is Marina Quarter, a modernist structure of black steel, blue glass and white lighting accents. It stands twenty stories tall and is shaped with jagged, asymmetrical lines that evoke the motion of a breaking wave.
