PSW Madhouse Episode 2 - Roger Evans (c) vs Hotaru Ishikawa

Various crewmen come down to the ring, setting down or setting up tables all around the ring. The two combatants, now both no longer wearing their respective shirts and accessories, take their corners.

A.B.: If you’re just joining us, Hotaru Ishikawa has challenged the inaugural Crimson King, Roger Evans, to a tables match!

Dominga: A horrible mistake will be corrected tonight. The Lord truly works in mysterious ways.

A.B.: As you can see, the ring is now surrounded by tables. The danger is ever-present.

Shamoon: You think that stuff Ishikawa said was true? About getting replaced in the Crimson Cage fatal-4-way at Ascension?

A.B.: I'm sure he'd love to believe that.

Dominga: He wouldn't have said it if it wasn't true. In fact, I have it on good authority that he was in the running before this idiot got handed the spot. (sighs) Will this beautiful sport ever be free of backstage politics and nepotism?

Shamoon: Tell me YOU aren't complaining about nepotism?

A.B.: I don't think anyone sitting at this table has the right to complain.

Dominga: Speak for yourself! I'm here because I'm good at my job.

A.B.: We all are, but relationships are currency.

Shamoon: Exactly!

Briar Lane (Ring Announcer): The following singles contest is a tables match; the only way to win is to drive your opponent through a table, and it is for the Psycho Style Wrestling Bloodbath Championship!

The crowd is... not excited.

Briar Lane: Introducing the challenger. From Kyoto, Kansai, Japan, standing 6 feet 5 and weighing in at 255 pounds, Hotaru Ishikawa!

The crowd boos.

Brian Lane: Introducing the champion. From Long Beach, California, in the USA, standing 6 feet 2 and weighing in at 206 pounds, he is the Crimson King, Roger Evans!

The crowd boos again.

Crowd: You both suck! You both suck! You both suck! You both suck!

A.B.: The Lambanog crowd not shy about expressing themselves.

Shamoon: Which is totally unfair. Ishikawa does suck, but Evans has proved himself.

Dominga: He's proven nothing!

Shamoon: He won the title in a brutal cage match. He took a beating from Lulu Asovale AND Ethan Stewart.

A.B.: And then 24 hours later, he walked out the very first time he was confronted, shirking his contractual obligation as the first-ever Crimson King to defend the belt every week.

Shamoon: He kicked Stewart's head off when he got in his face.

Dominga: He kicked him between the legs and ran away with his tail between his own. Until you defend the title, you're not a champion!

Referee Atoye Bonds holds up the title while the two men warm up.
She then hands it to a crewman at ringside. She then signals for the bell to ring. The two men charge at each other, and Evans ducks and trips the bigger man. He runs, jumps and plants Ishikawa’s head into the mat with a curb stomp.

Shamoon: Evans off to a great start!

Dominga: If he hasn’t put Ishikawa through a table, nothing else matters.

A.B.: I don’t know how he plans to do that; it’s not like he can lift Ishikawa over his head.

Evans gets out and grabs a table. He slides it in, then pulls out steel chairs from under the ring. He throws them into the ring one after the other. With a chair in hand, he slides back into the ring. Ishikawa gets back to his feet with a chair in hand. Evans ducks under a chair shot and hits him in the back. Evans jabs Ishikawa in the back of the knee with the edge of his chair, then lifts it up and brings it down on the back of Ishikawa’s head. He keeps whacking the big man over and over and over.

 A.B.: Evans has lost it!

Dominga: Where the hell did this come from?

Evans picks up the table, thinking to place it in the corner, but decides to throw it out of the ring. He gets out and sets the table up right next to the ring. Ishikawa starts to stand again, but Evans gets back in and stomps on him repeatedly, grabbing one of the chairs and whacking him with it again. He rolls Ishikawa out of the ring and onto the table outside.

A.B.: The boy’s got quite a mean streak, doesn’t he?

Shamoon: And the skill to boot.

Evans slingshots himself over the ropes and lands on Ishikawa with a senton, breaking the table and ending the match.

 Dominga: ¡NO!

Briar Lane: Here is your winner and still the Bloodbath Champion, Roger Evans!

Shamoon: It looks like we’re stuck with Evans as Champion for at least one more week.

Dominga: It’s nothing but beginner’s luck. That’s all. Everyone knows Ishikawa's a bum.

Shamoon: Maybe he’s just that good?

A.B.: He managed to surprise Ishikawa with his speed and cunning. What shocked me was his aggression, as if he were suddenly a different person.

Shamoon: Maybe he takes this stuff more seriously than you gave him credit for?

 A.B. (sighs): Maybe, so.
